“Someone died but lives forever.” – Zang Kejia
One thing that is universal across all different languages and cultures about literary creation is that to all writers, their written words are the continuation of their life. The experience of your travels sustained those days and night you share yourself with a new environment which used to be a single time experience. Your thoughts about your complicated problems kept you clear on the way solving it, and that is a single time experience. All those experiences will perish as the time pass by, so there is writing to let people remember it clearly and carry on with life. And by reading it, people (including the writer) will have new discoveries, that’s more than what their life used to be. It doesn’t matter where you are, what language you speak, the written word is the thing to make your life expanding.
